Cream Cheese Potatoes
In large saucepan combine cream cheese, milk, salt & pepper.
- 1 (8 ounce) package - Cream cheese, cubed
- 1¼ cups - Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon - Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon - Pepper
- 4 cups thin - Potato slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped - Chives
Stir over low heat until smooth. Add potatoes & chives; mix well.
Spoon into 1½ quart casserole and cover.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour & 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Stir before serving.

Cover; refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, bake as desired
