Irish Potatoes Creamy Deluxe
- 2 pound bag - Hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can - Cream of potato soup
- 1 can - Cream of celery soup
- 2 cup - Sour Cream
- 1 cup - Milk
- Salt & pepper
- 8 ounces - Cheddar cheese, grated
Mix soups, sour cream & milk.
Combine mixture with potatoes.
Season with salt & pepper, stir.
Bake in a covered 9" x 13" pan or dish for 1 hour at 350°
After 1 hour, add grated cheese & bake additional 30 minutes uncovered.
