- 2 medium - Potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup - Margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon - Garlic powder
Deeply cut into the cut sides of potatoes with a sharp knife.
Cover the skin side of the potatoes with aluminium foil.
Mix together margarine, lemon juice, lemon pepper and garlic powder.
Brush mixture on the cut sides and grill for 40 minutes.
Brush mixture on every ten minutes.
