Boil potatoes until tender.
- 6 - Potatoes, peeled & cubed
- Splash - Milk
- 8 ounces - Sour cream
- 8 ounces - Cream cheese
- 1 cup - Cottage cheese
- ¼ cup - Cheddar cheese, grated
Mash with small amount of milk.
Add sour cream, cream cheese & cottage cheese.
Pour into pan and bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese & paprika and bake another 5 minutes.
