4 cups - Mashed potatoes
1 cup - Sour cream (8 ounces)
1 package - Cream cheese, softened (8 ounces)
1 teaspoon - Dried chives
1/4 teaspoon - Garlic powder
1/4 cup - Dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon - Butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup - Cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.
Turn into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine bread crumbs with butter, sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
Top with cheese and serve immediately.
