1/2 - onion, chopped
1 Tbsp - Margarine
1/2 cup - Mashed potatoes
1 cup - Cooked brown rice
1 Tbsp - Tomato paste
1/2 tsp - Salt
1/2 cup - bread crumbs
1/4 cup - Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute onion in margarine until golden.
Combine remaining ingredients, stir in onions.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls, place on cookie sheet.
Bake until lightly browned (about 10 to 15 minutes).
